Individual Manuscriptorium

The Manuscriptorium system can now be incorporated into a partner’s web presentation. The principle governing this incorporation is quite simple: the appearance of the pages is determined by an appropriate adaptation of the CSS style sheet.

1. The appearance of the pages is determined by an appropriate adaptation of the CSS style sheet.
2. By default, searches are limited to the data set of a given partner, with the facility for the user to switch to the full Manuscriptorium database at any time.
3. The actual integration into the partner’s website proceeds via a single link.

This means that partners who have contributed data to the Manuscriptorium system can now apply the available presentation tools within their own web pages.
